Originally, Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay, Florida used to be a bird sanctuary with a collection of tropical plants. Founded in 1959, its main attraction was the Anheuser-Busch Brewery, which is adjacent to the gardens.
Visitors touring the brewery can admire the scenery of the gardens and at the same time enjoy free beer samples. As the years passed, the park expanded. And in 1965, it became the first free-range habitat for animals in the United States. Getting To Know Busch Gardens

Although Busch Gardens was founded by a beer company, the brewery became less significant in the early 2000s. The park has “hospitality houses” where visitors can sample free cups of beer. Today, these hospitality houses were turned into restaurants. The complimentary beer has stopped flowing in 2009.
